Jose
Rodrigez jr.

Founder & CEO

    Given that Jose is a lifelong supporter of his brother Joel who has Asperger's syndrome, he has experience with the daily challenges and obstacles that come with navigating Autism.

 

In addition, Jose has conducted several research projects deepening his knowledge and understanding of Autism, while learning and working with different organizations that support this demographic. He was also raised by a multitude of different family members that are special educators, who have shared their experience, knowledge and understanding of this group of people.

 

Furthermore Jose is a student at Babson College where he continues to acquire more knowledge on how to go about running a successful venture. 

Carlos
Ramirez

Chief Operations Officer

     Carlos has 11 years of experience in the education field with an emphasis in Special Education. He is certified K-12 Gen Ed, 6-8 Middle School, 9-12 High School in both Gen Eds and Special ED.

 

He is also a community leader and activist who is the founder of God’s Voice Ministries and continues to serve as the Lead Pastor. Actively engaging and developing a church in these unprecedented times while not only retaining members but also increasing membership.

 

Aside from leading his ecclesiastical team, he also leads in his active secular job as the vice principal leading a team of twenty.

Shamrial
Roberson,

Advisory Board Member

    Dr. Shamarial Roberson is an expert in health equity and public health administration with proven experience in public health policy, community health promotion, emergency preparedness, research, performance management, budget and grant management, and program development, implementation, and evaluation.

​

As the Deputy Secretary for Health for the Florida Department of Health, she played a pivotal role in establishing organizational procedures to advance knowledge and implementation of health equity concepts throughout the Florida Department of Health. 

Jamie
Siminoff

Advisory Board Member

    Jamie Siminoff created the world’s first Wi-Fi video doorbell while working in his garage in 2011. The doorbell, then called DoorBot, has since transformed into what’s now known as Ring, a whole-home security powerhouse that offers effective and accessible home security products and services, including the popular Ring Video Doorbell.

 

Since Ring’s launch in 2013, Ring has helped millions of neighbors create a Ring of Security around their homes and has made an impact on thousands of neighborhood incidents. Prior to Ring, Jamie founded several successful ventures including PhoneTag, the world’s first voicemail-to-text company, and Unsubscribe.com, a service that helped email users clean commercial email from their inboxes. He successfully sold both companies in 2009 and 2011 respectively.

 

Jamie holds his Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship from Babson College. When he’s not working, Jamie enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and three dogs, Shortrib, Pancake and Biscuit.
