Jose Rodriguez inspired by his autistic younger brother, Joel Rodriguez, to create T-shirts with a twist. He calls the addition the fidget infusion, fidget toys attached right to the shirt. The idea won him a national business competition complete with a start-up grant and a full scholarship to Babson College.
